<br />A communication was read frorn the C1erk of Council advising the
<br />Commission that Council had passed an ord.inance to join Regional
<br />I'lanning. It was tnoved bJ7 Mr. Esdar, seconded by IxIr. Fabek, to
<br />recommend that tile City join Regional I'lanninp. YEAS Esgar, Fn.Uek,
<br />Spalding, Niusial, LaPonza, Prokasy, Ford.
<br />A coinmunication was read from the Clerl.e of Council ericIosin;? ?_ca:pies of
<br />Ordinance 65-43, being a zonino change to higt? rise on Lorain Road near
<br />Gessner, and Ordinance 65-49, beinti an ordinance limiting the number of
<br />f amily units per acre in multiple dwelling. Discussion ensued and it
<br />was moved by T?r.LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Ford, to arrrove Ordin.ance

<br />Discussion ensued relative to Ordinance 65-49 and it was moved by Mra

<br />It t,ras reported by Mr. Frolcasy that the Building and Sites Committee of
<br />the School Board's CitizensT Cammittee requested a member of the
<br />Commission to act as z memUer of their committee and Mr. Spalding was

<br />It was reported that on Tviarch 26 and 27 the Ohio Lega1 Center Institute
<br />would present the meeting of the 1965 Rea1 Estate Conference at the
