<br />Drives in Subdivision 3 and dedication of a cul-de-sac with 14 lots,
<br />and in Subdivision 1 the vacation of Randall Drive and dedication of
<br />a cul-de-sac showing 7 1ots. It was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded
<br />by tiir. Ford, to:put this into committee. YEAS LaPonza, Ford, Fabek,

<br />A preliminary plat was presented by Mr. Kanareff showing 49 sublots.
<br />Discussion. ensued ancl it wa.s moved by Mr. LaPonza, Seconded by Mr. Ford,

<br />WESTERLY TOWERS - Mr. Stanley Udelson, Mr.`Richard Friedman, and Mr. George Kromer came
<br />before the Cominission to request the rezoningof the Westerly portion
<br />of the parcel between Lorain Road and Brookpask Road for high rise.
<br />They presented plans shocaing a building now uncler construction and
<br />3 other proposed buildings , Builc3ing A havin; 102 - 2 bedroom suites,
<br />17 - 1 bedroom suites and 1. efficiency suite, Building C- 62 - 2 bedroom
<br />13 - 1 bedrooin, and Building D- 62 - 2 bedroom and 13-1 bedroom units.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Spalding, seconded by Mr. Laponza, to put this into

<br />The City ?.fi.gineer presented a dedication plat which had previously been
<br />approved by tiim showing a dedicazio.n of that portion from the intersection
<br />of existing Great Northern Boulevard and Country C1ub Blvd. East approx-
<br />imately 1300 feet. It was moved by NIr. Ford, second.ed by Ivir. Spalding,
<br />to accept,Great Northern Blvd. #2 dedication p1at. YEAS Ford, Spalding,
<br />LaPonza, Prokasy, Esgar, Fabek.
<br />It was moved by Mr: Esgar, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, to excuse Nir. Musial
<br />from the meeting. YEAS LaPonza, Esgar, Prokasy, Ford, I'abek, Spalding.
<br />!i communication was read f rom the Firelands Retirement Centers inviting
<br />the members of the Commission to a meeting of the organization in Lorain,
<br />Ohio, Wednescl.ay, NIay 12.
