Discussion ensued and it was moved by Mr. Ford, sec= <br />onded by Mx. LaPonza, to tdutd this in abeyance un-ti1 the next meeting <br />subjeet to -receiving a written agreement from Mr. DiBenedetto in regard <br />to the sanitary sewers. YEAS F'orc, LaPonza, Prokasy, Esgal, Fabelc, <br />NSus ia 1. <br />COLUIvIBTA LE-1NDS l. 3. and 4 <br />In Colurabia Land #1 it was the reca`nmendation o£ the commi'ctEe to tie <br />Randall.Drive inzo Tiitchell Drive or remove 1 1ot arov.nc? -che cul-de-sac <br />so tha.t the lots would Ue lEga1 sizc. <br />In ColumUia Land #3 it was the recommendati on of -the committee to tie <br />Lam.ont Drive and Linda Drive together and ma.l.ce a11 the 1ots the 1ega1 <br />size and remove 1 1ot. <br />Discussion ensued and 1?1r. Kanareff requested the Commission to either <br />approve or reject this plan as presented. Further discussion ensuec <br />and it i?aas moved by NIr. Lsgar, seconded by A'ir. FaUelc, tha-t SuUdivisions <br />Ivos. 1 and 3 both be rejected due to the £act that the lot sizes do not <br />meet the code. YEAS Esbar, FaUek, Ya.sial, LaPonza, Prokasy, I'ord, <br />In regaid to Coluinbi;s Land #4 it was moved by Mr. Esgar, seconded by <br />NIr. LaPonza, that the p1at for this suUdivision be arproved if the <br />turn-around is chznged to eliminate the island in the middle of the <br />- street and including a 60 foot cul-de-sac. DiscL:.ssion ensued relative <br />to -L-his motion between the Commission, Mr. ICanareff and the Service- <br />Director and the Se-rvi-ce Lirector stated that he would prefer the island <br />to be 1eft. The secand and the motion were rescinded and it was moved <br />by k-ir. Esgar, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, that the Commission accept <br />subdivision #4 as shov-n, wizich, upon discussion, was amended to read as <br />i ollows : It was mov ed by Mr. .??.,,sgar , s ec cmded Uy 1\,hr . ZaPon za, that the <br />suUdivision be approved as sliownz with -Che Provision that the islancl in <br />the cul-de-sac be landscaPed in a manner agreeable to the City Service <br />Director. YEAS Esgar, LaPonza, £'rolcasy, Iiord, Fabek, Musial. <br />WLSTERLY TOWERS- <br />Discussion ensued relative to Lh1.5 proposal and it v?-,as moved by Mr. <br />LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Proka`sy, to hoZd this in committee until a <br />further rneeting with the develope rs .
