Nayes, none, Mr. Spalding urged that the proUlem in question of devel opers quit- claiming certain lots to the city should be considered in depth. Mr. 5palding and Nlr. Esgar were appointed as the committee to report in the second meeting in September on this p-roblem. They are to present their recommenc? ations and r eas ons theref or at th2 t time e Mr. Fo1tz and Nir. Manbani requested iniormation relative to the petition or -the residents on Mitchell Drive on their i equest tha-t Niitchell Drive ve c.ead-ended before it goes into the new Great NNorthcrn througheaay if it becomes a reality. Discussion ensued on t'nis matter and it agpeared to be the concensus of the opinion that consideration should be given to Linda Drive which is immediately south os Mitchell Drive being cut through rather than lAitchell Drive. 'I"nis. will sti11 provide an access for the residents in that area into the new Great Northern throughway and wi11 also provide a jog traffic arra-age?.-nent so as to inhibit through traffic flow.
