Eian moved to grant the variance providing a fire wall is installed in <br />garage as per stipulations of the Building Code. Second by DTr. Byers. Unan- <br />imously passed. <br />3. Rin,yu Co.2 3657 W. 117th St,, Cleveland <br />Ref: Request to build a home with detached garage, for Edward Nozaaks <br />6731 Smith Rd., Middleburg Hts., Ohio, on S/I: 12, Lucydale Ave., <br />North 01mted. Lot is 1501 deep,, 521 wide at front 1ot line and <br />35 t wide at rear lot lineo Proposed home is 12 stc5r y, measures <br />281 wi.de by 381 deep. Request is fo r variance of 4110fe on north <br />sideline' resulting in 101211 to lot line. Request is in viola- <br />tion of Section 1151.01, which states minimum width of the side <br />yard sha11 be' on one sidea not less than 51, and the sumr of <br />the tt,ro side shall be not less than 201. <br />Mro Otto Bielert represented Rinyu Co. He stated after appeal was made in March <br />far two variances and appeal was denied9 his clie nts decided to ma3m the home <br />• 12 stories' thereby eliminating the need for the 1.ivable area square f ootage <br />variance. He stated the request for 4110't sideline variance would be for <br />northwest corner of building bp1y. Because of angle of north 1ot line, oizly <br />6 inches variance would be needed at Mortheast corner of dwelling.
