McCulloch of Silvexdale. <br />Mr. Donald Horaces, Federated Constx°uction Co.v 3625 Lee Rd., Cleveland 20? <br />buil.der,, vras present wi.th plans for the three-store building. Also present <br />were Mr, Robert Maxson and 1LIr. Ben Butler' of Lawsons, and Mr, Thomas <br />Ke1.7.er of the architectura7, firmo <br />Mr. Horace point,sd out that the plans have been changed since they wPre pre- <br />sented at the Apri1 meeta.ng. They now show the Lawson store using the mi.n.i.mum <br />width which they have used in the past. Eecause of this change in plans in <br />the width o£ the building, they are now aska,ng for a variance of between 41 and <br />71 on the front corner to Silverdale, instead of the original ].l.t.' requested. <br />The matter of deed.ing 101 ta the city for widening Silverdale came up in the <br />discusszon and the build?r wili discuss this fux°ther with the owner of the <br />lando <br />Mrs. Thomasma., whose property abuts to the northa pointed out in checking the <br />layout, that parkang in the reax of the stores would be done on property which <br />is zoned res3,dential.
