A dascussion <br />followed regarding sv.ggesting to the builder to build only houses with <br />attached garages r Mra ti-lest, councilman' said should another bui].der take <br />over the a].lotment, it caould be necessary f'or him to appear before the <br />?3oard for a variance and in this manner the residents already on the street <br />would be protected. <br />Staggering of homes was suggested, The Board was divided in opanion on <br />staggeri.ng of homes but in this instance felt it was advisable a Mrs. Eian <br />moved to grant a front yard variance of 5 ftm and a rear yard variance <br />of 6e56 fto NIr. Scheeff seconded the motion. <br />Iqr.
