SCANLON: Do you know when it was submitted ta this <br />Committee? <br />MR. PAOKASY: It's been some pericid of time, Mike; it's prob- <br />ably been two months. <br />A1R. SCANLON: AbouC two months. May I inquire as to its present <br />$ t$tLlu ? <br />MR, PROIZASY: Yes; it's still in C ommittee, Mik?. It was <br />submitted February 8. <br />MR. SCAPILON: To the Committee as a whole or inoividual mernbers? <br />MR. PROKASY: A Committee of myself and Mr. Walter Spalding. <br />• MR. SCANLON: May I ask on behalf of my clients, what is the <br />prospect of the decision on that particular parcel? <br />MR. PROKASY: I don't think this point has been reached. We <br />haven't been able to receive all the information we've requested from <br />? various persons and places of reference, so the Comnittee has not <br />made a decision, is not ready to make one. <br />MR. SCANLON: These places and persons of reference -- I'm <br />not trying to be facetious -- is that asking the land developers <br />to supply certain information or is that asking us? <br />MR. PROKASY: There's information lacking fram the developers <br />and it's also before the Regional Planning Comnission. <br />MR. SCANALON: This Ys the point that I'd like to ask -- is <br />there contemplated any hearing or meeting with the Regional Planning <br />Commission on that parcel? <br />MR. PROIdASY : There' s not one scehduled at this time o <br />MR. SCANLON: Well, is it proposed or projected? <br />MR. PROKASY: I don't think -- I don't kaow that there neces0 <br />parily will be a meeting. This has been sent down to them, Mike. <br />There may be a meeting called.if Y called down and requested one and <br />?hey say, "Well, let's sit down and talk about it," but a formal <br />zpeeting has not been requested. <br />MR. SCANLON: You, gentlemen, know the names of people down <br />?here better than I do. There's -- it ends with a R-o-t-h, <br />M.t. P1tOKASY: Abenroth. <br />MR. SCANLON: I've been in discussion with him and he's dis- <br />cussed that parcel. He's familiar with my clients' parcel, anci he <br />has proposed a general meeting of the Commis8ion and Council and <br />: himself and the interested landowners on this Particular Parcel, and <br />?'ve asked the Council to set up such a meeting, and they're inclineci
