Board relat1zre <br />to our requests, Chairman Prokasy moved that the plans be rettarned <br />to them with a letter detailing the reason therefor wi'ch the unalera <br />standing that when they are resubmitted with the balance of° the <br />information and material needed for the proper handling af this <br />request -- with the formal application thereof-- they will be <br />consider°ed, as they must be y for appr°oval o N[otion was secanded <br />by Mr. Ford, put to a vote; yeas, Spalding, Nlusial, Prokasy, FQrd <br />and Esgar o <br />( d ) Donald Horac e <br />After consider°a.ble discussion relative 'co the 'traffic prtiblems, <br />hazards of this particular request, that is traffic cam3.ng from <br />t':- pr°operty onto Lorain and Silverdale9 Chairman Prolcasy maved <br />t"I!at we recommend to council rezoning of Sublat 9 on Silverdale <br />fz°om residential to eommercial and that the developer agrees to <br />dedicate a 10-foot right of way to the City an the easterly line <br />along Silverdale and will also promide appropriate skarubbeary, fenc- <br />ing or screenlng at the north boundary line of the property and <br />further that this request will require a 10-f oot rear yard vax°iaizce <br />put we feel this would be in the best interest of the development <br />pf the area; seconded by Mro Ford. Roll call on the motion,, yeas, <br />Musial, Spalding, Prokasy, Ford and Esgar°. <br />(e) Sands Subdivision Improvements <br />The Engineer, Mro Labas, indicated he had ,just receiWed the <br />plans from the developer and had not occasian tQ study them and <br />tbat.at this rneeting there vaas one sheet missing whic4 had not <br />reaGhed him and, therefor°e 9 could not make a r°ecommendation to <br />the Planning Commission regarding this application. Subsequent <br />discussion ensued relative to the easement rights 9sewers, amot?nt <br />of pipe, etc. <br />Chairman Prokasy, thereupon moved that vae request oaf ?ounell <br />a 30-day extension and to remain in co=ittee f'or proper conslcderW <br />?tiQn, upAZl the engineer's recommendations o Motion put to a vote <br />after belng seconded by Mra Ford.
