Sol Shur, Country Club Apartments, request for Hi-Rise has <br />been approved by the Federal Aviation Agency, as the building will be <br />located slightly south of the runway. <br />VI New Business <br />(a) Frank Dutton, City Engineer stated Pure Oil Company has <br />proposed two aer??ice stations; one at 6olumbia and Lorain Roads, th.e <br />other at the corner of 'West Pa.rk DrVe. Entrance of station located <br />on Columbia Road questioned, as an entrancoway off of Columbia Road <br />has been requested, as well as on Lorain, and the Engineer felt there <br />would be a,safety ha?ard if the entrance is permitted on Columbia Road. <br />It was then stated that the Planning Commission has approved just the <br />site plan and has no Jurisd.iction over location of entrances. <br />(b) Regional Planning Commission has requested new proposals <br />be referred to Cormnittee and to Regional Planning Commission, so they <br />may both work togethere Mr. Prokasy made a motion to ammend 'Rules <br />and Regulations - Flanning Commissiont Article 3 Section 3, deleting <br />Director-of-Law and inserting Regional Plaruling Commission; seconded <br />bg Mr. LaPanz&o Ayes : Prokasy, Scheeff, LaPonza, Spalding, Esgar, <br />Fabek, Musial. <br />VII Cammittee Reports <br />(a) Hospital <br />? Mr. Musial reported Hospital Feasibility Survey is proceeding <br />according to tha revised time achedule. <br />(b) W. Fabek reparted oa what other commixnitiaa are requiring <br />in regard to parking facilities for epartments. Rocky River and <br />Lake,wood,,4ape ano ordinance, Warreneville Heighta requires two parkinQ <br />apgp?ep•per euite.
