Saks is willing to <br />sell that faces Clareshire Drive is designated for use as <br />a buffer strip, therefore, it cannot be used for parking <br />facilities. <br />A].so, your minutes reflect that our ordinance requires <br />' parking facilities for two cars per unit. This is in <br />error as our ordinance requires parking fac3lities for <br />1 1,/2 c ar s." <br />Mr. Prokasy then auggested looking into requirements for <br />specific recorrmiendation for change in,code in regard.to condominium <br />parking and density. <br />'1II New Blzs ines s <br />Mr. Carl Bohm, Regional Planning Commission submitted reduced <br />copies of the Property Line Map. Land use map was presented. <br />Mr. Prokasy asked if Commission wi11 be kept up to date ip reg-9.rd to <br />retail business. Mr. Bohm said Regional Planning will keep Corrmission <br />up to date. <br />VTTI Adjournment <br />Motion made by Mr Esgar, seconded by Mr. Fabek to adjourn <br />the meet3ng.
