CITF OF NORTH OLMSTFD - BOARD Or ZONING APPEALS <br />Special Meeting held at City Ha11 --- July 26, 1967 <br />The meeting was called to ord.er at, 7s45 P.M. by Mr. Z;rilliam. Greene, Chairman. <br />Members t resent: Mrs. Eian, Mssrs. Greene, Nelson, Fcoberts <br />Also I'resent: Mr. Gundy, Building Commissioner and T4r. Kitchen, Law Director <br />l. Appe?lant: Mura1 & Son (George Bellan), 11340 Brookpark P.oAd, Cleveland. <br />Reryuest for special permit to move d.wellings to 20390 Mill <br />Road, North Olmsted. (10 Unit Residence Multiple Apartments). <br />Present: Mr. Bellan and Mrs. Cragg, Ira E. Rodgers or East Ohio Gas Co. <br />Mr. Bellan stated that he had been referred to the Zoning Appeal Board by <br />the City Building Code Appeal Board. He explained tha.t the sewers in the <br />area are adequate and tha.t the City Engineer has approved plans contingent <br />upon Zoning Board apnroval. Interpretation of the zoning orai.nance was <br />discussed..14r. N.elson noved to i-ra.nt a: pecial r)er_ni.t under 1133.12 I-ri.th <br />the provision tha.t the,y have adequate ofi-stireet par'-cing and full land- <br />scaping completed within six months of moving the dwellings.
