Mr. Roberts moveci to grant a 51 variance for home <br />ad.dition; secondea by Mrs. Eian and passed. <br />10. Appellant: Thomas Gardner, 23982 n`ank Street.. Request to erect a 61 <br />fence along rear property line. A variance of 21 is requested. <br />In violation of Ordinance #62-339 Section 1151.04, fence not <br />to exceed 4r° in height. <br />Present: Mr. Gardner <br />A'Ir. Gardner explained that he presently has a. 121 high, 5' thick hedge along <br />rear lot line and wants to replace same with fence. Area in rear has un- <br />sigY?tly tar paper shack and he wishes to screen this from view.
