Appellant: Robert Romp, 4305 Coe AveQg North Olmsted.0. <br />Reguest to construct an addition-alteration to <br />Open Ai.r n4arket at 24579 Lorain Rd., North plmsted,C. <br />Reguest is in giolation of Sections 117e.02 and <br />Section 1231002 B of the Zoning Ordinance? <br />MrA Romp and N1ra Bain the builder presented sketch of proposed <br />alteration and additian and stated plans were to keep eoolers as <br />they now exist because of expense involged in moving them, and <br />to rebufld existing building 5t inside front sidewalk line with <br />31 overrang, Also the present entrance and exit drive on Columbia <br />Rdag to be moved baok 601 on Columbia Rd., tivith parking in rear <br />•F building. <br />Mr$ Greene requested nqrm Gundy, Bldge Commn to gige his interpre- <br />tation of Ord. #66-247.-L,, Mr. Gundy statede this building is <br />now non-conforming but request eould be interpreted as a new structure <br />subject to a varianceQ ° <br />Nr. Greene stated aecordir_g to this Ord. the Board could not alloar <br />this request as present building and new addition-alteration would <br />be non-oonforming, and reguested Mr. Romp to con.tinue his appeal <br />at the next regular meeting of the Zoning Board, March 1$19670 at <br />whieh time the Board would ask the Law Director, Mr. Bruce Kitchen, <br />to olarify Ord. 66-247 and rule on this appeal. <br />William J.
