Bruce Kitchen, LZtiT Director; 6ally Henkle, fiecretarym <br />Reading ?qnd CorrPction of Minutes <br />Mr. Leonard moved to dis^ense wi.th the reading of the minutes of 2/27/68 <br />and to anr:rove as written; seconr?ed by Mr. Byers. Ayes: Scheeff, Esgar, <br />FabAk' Byer5, Leonerd, Musi?lo <br />Old Business <br />(a) Fe-Tional T'1L;nninp Commissio]LFeport - tdo report <br />(b) Sa.ks and Golc3berp, - htr. 1.7r3k: F-.nd. Mr. Gold.berg presented new plang <br />that incornorate all suggested ch-,-nges. A copy was d.elivered to Nir. <br />Bohm this a.fternoon, Mr. Fpbek stated that he will meet wi.th Mr. Bohm <br />to study the new pluns. P4r. Fabek moved to keep the proposal in <br />committee a.nd to a.sk Council for a 30-d'y extension; seconded by Mr. <br />Musial. Ayes: Scheeff, Fsgar, Fabek, Byers, Leona.rd, Musial. Mr. <br />Musia.l will work with Mr. Fabek on this co-namittee. <br />(c) Snade Builders and Planners - Mr. FsgPr reported that two new plans <br />ha.d been presented.: Scheme A which ca11s for surface parking (11 per <br />suite) and Gcheme B which includes underground parking (tota1 of 2 <br />spaces per suite. Scheme B consists of two 7-story high rise apartments <br />with elevators connecting undergrourid parking; Mr. Esgar state-d that <br />he felt that the plan conformed to the zoning _znd that he also felt <br />that one entrance wa.s adequate. Mro Dutton stated that he wa.s in <br />a.greement but asked that the cul-de-sac be made larger in diameter. <br />The subject of Regional Planning Coaunission°s study of Lorain Road <br />End a master plan for re-zoning was brought up. Discussion followed <br />on whether or not areas should be spot-rezoned when this s$udy is in <br />progress. The fact thatthere are no Areas currentZy zoned for high <br />rise was discussed. Mr. Esgar moved that we recommend to Council <br />that the plat owned by Spade Builders just east oP RanchvieW be rezoned <br />from retail business and residential to Class A High Rise to Permit <br />?.: <br />tyne of development outlined on Scheme 3B dated 2/26/6$. Mr. Fabek <br />seconded the motion. Ayes: Scheeff, Esgar, Byers, Fabek No: Musial, <br />Leonard, <br />Idew Developments and Subdieisions <br />None
