Old Business <br />(a) Regional Plfinning Coramiasion Revort - Mr. tohm presen$ed Commission <br />members i+ith copies of suggested changes and e.dditions to off-street <br />parking regulAtions in rPsidential district8. Members wlll study theqe <br />and discussion k-ill be held At tf1e next meeting. Copies of the report <br />submitted to FAA re: height restrictions and noise intenaity were alao <br />presented for infonnation purposee. Mr. Bo2mi suggested that a work aession <br />be held soon and it xss decided that it xould folloW the regular maetfag <br />scheduled for Anril 9, 1968 provided the meeting does not run too lete. <br />(b) S de Builders and Planners - Councilman Virginia Hodgina cit«i the <br />Couneil minutes of 3 197 8re: Spade Builders rezoning request. She <br />stated that she hra..s received 100 signatures against the propoaed <br />d.evelopment. The matter is now in the handa of Council and the 8lgnattares: <br />Frill be prpsented to them. <br />(c) Saks and Goldberg - Mr. Fabek reported that he and Mr. Bohm have studied <br />the revised plans presented by the developers. Mr. F'abek moved that <br />Parcel*4; B tnd?_-C bwi•rezoned to multiple residence as per the aite plan <br />of Saks and Goldberg dated 3/68 and that cha.in link fence be extended <br />across the boundary of Parcei C to Clague Road. Mr. Byers aeeonded the <br />motion. Ayes: Fsgrir, Fabek, Fiyers' Musial. No: Leonard. <br />IVe NeW DeveloFmentF and Subdiviaions <br />(e) Prnnnsed read= (DiBenedetto and Broo?hauser NyoloL?ment) - Mr. <br />DiBenedetto presented plans for a road to extend froat directly opposite <br />the Great Northern Shopping Center exit on Lorain Road through to Dover <br />Center Road. Mr. Fabek moved to put the proposal into comnittee; see?nded <br />bg Mr. Musial. Ayes: Esgar, Fabek, Byere, Musial, Leonard. Mx°. I.eoxaard <br />and Mr. Byers will handle.
