Reading and Correction of Minutes <br />Mre Musial moved to dispense.with.the.reading.of.the minutes of 4/23/68 and <br />to approve as writteno Mr. Fabek seconded the motion. Ayes: Scheeff, <br />Byers, Fabek, Musial, Esgar. <br />III. Old Business <br />(a) Regional Planning Commission.Report - No reporte <br />IV. New Developments and Subdivisions _ <br />(a) DufaTa Subdivisio.n --_Mr -Du,fal:a ..appear-ed regarding a 160' lot on <br />Ranchview_Avenueo He.wan.ts to.build__on..the.one side of the lot and <br />hopes in the.future to subdivide.*and..build on the_other 80', Mr. Dutton <br />explained.,that since he does not wish to subdivide now, he should contact <br />the Building Departmen.t.for a p.ermit. <br />(b) Fischer Subdivision - Ms<.:.Fiseher_.pres.ented plans for subdivisi.on of a <br />parcel.located on KennecLy:Ridge.,Road. It was brought out that this would <br />actually be a re-sub.di.?z.ision.of a subdivisiono Mr. Dutton pointed out <br />that addi.tional information.would iae necessary before any decision could <br />be made. Mro Esgar moved that the Fischer Subdivision be placed in <br />committee; seconded by Mro Byers. Ayese Scheeff, Byers, Fabek, Musial, <br />Esgaro Mr. Esgar will head the.committee and work with Mro Duttono <br />(c) Great Northern Development - Mr. Zaremba appeared representing Carl Milstein. <br />Preliminary plans were presented for three 12 story buildings containing <br />a total of 357 suites each. It was noted that the plans do not meet <br />the ordinance in regards to the parking requirement and that they could <br />not be acceptedo <br />(d) Limpert Subdivision - Mre Will Limpert appeared and presented plans for <br />the subdivision of a parcel located on Dover Center Road. He was <br />granted a variance on width of the lots by the Board of Zoning Appeals. <br />Mr. Esgar moved that the Limpert Subdivision be placed in committee; <br />seconded by Mre Fabeko Ayes: Scheeff, Byers, Fabek, Musial, Esgar. <br />Mr. Musial will head the committee. The secretary was instructed to <br />provide a copy of the Zoning Board minutes re: variance granted. <br />V. Communications <br />(a) Real Progerty Inventory Reports_- Retail stores by type, Non-retail <br />business establishments, telephone subscribers, shopping centers.
