Request to erect <br />a sign in excess of per.mitted seuare footage. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33p Seetion 1225.02. <br />Present: Mr. CarI Wagner of ZAlagner Sign Co e <br />Mr. Nelson read a. Ietter from Katheri.ne Tuennerman objecting to the sign. Mr. kTagner <br />presented plans for a pole sign approximately SO squaxe feet in sizee Membex°s felt that <br />such a large pole sign was unneeessary in that there were no others in the area at all. <br />Mrso Eian moved to deny the variance; seconaed by Mr. Fvrcellini and passed with Mr. <br />Greene and.Mr. Roberts voting no. <br />6. Request to erect a detached <br />garage on a corner lot 121 from sideline and 181 from housea <br />Request is in violation vf OrdinancQ #62-33, Section 1159.02 which roquires <br />that no part o£ a detached garage shall be closer to either street than <br />251 and Section 1151.04 which requires that a garage be a miniraum of <br />201 from a dwelling.
