Reauest for variance to erect a house at <br />27373 CZinton Drive -with an insufficient rear yard. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1163.01 which <br />requires a 50' rear yard. <br />Present: Mro Laponza representing Mr. JoSeph Bauer <br />Pdr. La-Ponza presented plans for :. 4 bearoom, 21 bath house of approximately $38,000 <br />value. It was determined that a varia.nce of 1I1 wou1d be requ3red. Since house is <br />to be on a ctZ-de-sac, the possibility of placing it 51 closer to front of Iot was <br />discussed. Mr. LaPonza stated that this would be accepta.ble to the builder.
