Mre Roberts moved to grant a varianee of 4.6t on S/L'54 Byron <br />Drive; secanded by Mr. Farcellini a.nd passed. <br />9. Appellant: Burton Friedlander, 29145 Lorain Road. Request to erect a st•orage shed <br />attached to rea.r of building 1I1 from rear Iot lineo <br />Request is in violatioA of 0rdinFUnce #62-33a Sec-tion 1174.06 which <br />requires A 501 reax' yard if any part of the rear Iine is adjacent to <br />a residential districtB Present: Mr. Friedl.ander <br /> <br />Mr. Friedlander explained that he wishes to erect ra storage ahed to Izold empty bottles, <br />etc. and to thereby improve the appearance of the bp-ck of his business (Open Pantry Food <br />Market). It was pointed out that there was a rear yard variance granted previously and <br />that this would mean a variance on avariance. A let-ter from I-?ilma Young objecting to <br />the building wa5 read. Mro Friedlander Stated th,,:it Mrs. Youngts daughtuer and son-in-law <br />now reside in Mrsa Young's house and are going tO buY it from her. He stated that they <br />have no objecta.on and that Mr. Dre2?ishak next door does not object. It was decid.ed that <br />Board members shouZd inspect the area 3.n question. 14r .
