Subdivision - Mr. ESgar stated that Council ha.d reQUested <br />that certain ch?ges be ma.de in this proposal ancl that at the rer,uest <br />of the developer, the Planning ?,o.mmission t.ould view these changes. <br />A4r. ZvTarren and Mr. ?•'fc-Ka.ye presented the revised plan showing an <br />increase from 501 to 601 right-of-wavs at Southern and Midvale and <br />shoiaing that S,fL 9 would be r. e; er. vEd ior street purt?oses and the <br />" former location of S/T, 23 shown as a. dec3.icateci street. ?fr. and Mre. <br />Roger Lockhp.rt, 5519 Declcer Poad addreused the Pla.nn3r.g Co.m-As: ion <br />regarr..',:i.r_g,,-,n existing traffic problem.on their street and.also cited <br />a, drz.inage rrobler? in the area. They suggested a street opening onto <br />Lorain P.oad. Mr. Warren stated that there is no vacant lax?.d available <br />for an outlet and that he opposed tne purch?se of houoes on Lorain Foaci. <br />TIr. Fonalr Kitson, okner oi property involved in the S. D. C. pxouosal <br />stated that he felt the deve].oper has coraUlied and feels. -that the <br />propoGal should be approved. Mre <br />Fabek moved to put the S. D. C. Subdivision back into cormiittee. The <br />motion died for lack of a second.. Mro Byers moved to approve the revised <br />pZot p1a,n. Aqr.
