Lavnard,.. Ricllard Nelson, Edward F3yers, Donald <br />Ledvina, Kurt Ficharas. Absent: Jack Esgar, Thomas Fabek. Mr. Nelson moved <br />to excuse the absence of tiissrs. rsgar and Fabek; seconded by Pyfr. Byers and <br />unanilnouslg pa.s sed. A.lso present: Mike Karhan, Acting City Fngineer; Sa.IZy <br />Henlrle, Secretary. <br />II. Reading and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Richards moved to dispense with the reading of the riinutes of 9/9/69 and <br />to approve as -vmitten; seconded bg Mr. Ledvina and unaniinously passed. <br />III.; OId BusiMesS <br />(a) Vacation of Nor.thern - Mr. Byers moved to defer action until thF S. D. C. <br />cubdivision proposa.l has. been resolvec3. 24r. Leonard seconded. the motion. <br />Unanimously passed. (b) S. D. C. .`?.ibdivision - Mr. Leonard st,ated that Council had suggested <br />that this nroposal be put back into conmttee for revieFr of the traffic <br />pattern. Discussion; wr sheZd regarding whether or mot this was proper <br />in that the Planning Go?n.?iission has alrea.dy riade a decision, Until <br />Council either accepts or rej ects the proposal, would it be proper f.or <br />p?anning Cor.Lmigsion to take any furthur action; It was felt that if <br />the proposal wass not put back imto cor:uiiittee, it would be unfair to the <br />developer who is caur;ht in the middle. P?fr. Nelson moved to put the <br />G. D. C. S?.tbdivision back into co.-nittee for review of the traffic <br />patterr_. Mr. Richards, seconded th.e motion. Unanimousl.y pas sed. Mr. <br />? Byers will serve as chairnan. • (c) Blossom Lanc1 Co. utreet Qaen= - hZr. Karhan presentPd the plans as <br />previou sly rec,u ester3 . 1,1r. Ledvina moved to ask Council for a 30-day <br />extension of time. P2ro B,yers seconded the ;notion. Una.nimously passed. <br />(d) J'ohn 1=cCrone Subdivision ?3 - TRr. Leonard reported that he and Mr. Fabek <br />had studied this aroposa.l and could fin6 nothing wrong wi.th it. All <br />streets are tied in properly and the Iots meet all reruire::lents, I-fr. <br />Leonaxd Moved to nnprave the John McCrone Subdivision #3; seconded by <br />'Mr. Fichards and unanimously passed. <br />(e) Resolution L69-1 U:' V ClinMa.n 5ubdivision)_ -??ir. Leanard sta.ted that <br />this subdivi5ion was previousl,y a.p7?rovecl: by the Planning Coru7.ission aMd <br />that Council had requested 9_ thicker naving on Jenkins £oad.
