Request to <br />build a permanent builciing ir a residentiel area as per Ordinance <br />#62-33, Bection 1I51.0I (F). <br />Presen.t: Pastor Ca.r_field, 14ro Lee, Mr. Rake (all -representing the church)., 14r. Fox9 <br />Mrs. I3aker (neighbors) <br />Plans were nresented for a new perr.ianent church builclir_g. Services are presently being <br />held in a home tirhicla would be retained either as a.dd"itional classroom space or £or use <br />as a pa.rsonage. Mr. Fox and Mrs. Bzker exp-ressed concern over the traffic situation and <br />drainage problem but stated tha.t they nave no objections ta the new church. They felt <br />that the traffic wou].d be a prob7_em regardless and it was explained that the City <br />Lcagineer had to approve all plans in so far as the drainage was corzcern.ed. Pastor <br />Ca.nfield stated that Mr. Fo1TeJ (an.other neighbor) had also said that he had no objection <br />to the church being built. Mr. Greex3e moved .to grant a perniit for constructiozz o-f the <br />church; seconcled.by Mre Davis a.nd unanimously passed.. <br />5. Appellant: Arthur Hogue, 4628 ColuTnbia Road. Request for variance on existing patio <br />enclosure 51 high and.101 from side lot 1ine. Pequest is in violation <br />of Orclinnn.ce A'62-33, uection 1151.04 wllich renuires that no pzrt of such <br />a_'!ndbreak be closer than 151 to any lot line. Present: Robert Hogue (son o£ alapellant), Caxl Williaitis <br /> <br />Mr. Hag;ue had renuested a 31 variance wYiich was granted on 7/9/69 for the fence in <br />queGtion to be located 121 from the side lot line. Due to an error ir measuring, the <br />feizce though situated where the Boarcl had determined it should be, was I0"from the <br />side line rather than the 121 stated. NIr. Williams objects to the fence.. 1•1r. D2.vis <br />moved to continue the. case. to the next meeting 5o that the Board can inspect the fenee <br />in question. Mrs. Eian second.ed the motion. Unani.mously passed. <br />6. Appellant: Esta.te ai George F. Standen (represented by Clarence Qviatt, At-torneJ). <br />Fiequest f.or variance on minimum front wi.dt;h of Iot in proposed sub- <br />division of Permanent Parcel 0-36-I2-I Kennedy Pidge Ftoad. One, lot <br />would be 78.911 in width. Rer.,uest is in viola-tian of Ordinance '62-33, <br />Section 1157.01 which recluires a niniznum fror-_tage in an A district of gOf. <br />Present: Charles Kline, Attorney (associate oi Clarence Oviatt) <br />Mr. Foberts stated that it had been brought to his attention by r!Iayor Christman that the <br />Iand in cuestion is in the path of 2-80 and that the State ha.d already purchased part <br />of George Standen's property- on the north sioe o'L the street. The Board felt that the <br />State shauld,-be notified. before zaly subdivision could be made.
