He <br />is requesting a 211 variance and Mr. Toiley, his next door neighbot, does not obj ect. His <br />other neighbors are also in agreenent. Mr. Greene moved to grant a 2;' varia.nce; seconded <br />by Mrso Eian and unanimously passed, <br />•7. APnelZants M. E. Speidel, 23556 14arion Foad. Request to erect a detached garage 31 <br />from sideline. Request is in vioZation of Ordiuance #62-33, Section 115I.04 <br />which reguires that a,detached garage be a minimu:,? of 51 from any lot 1ine. <br />Pre sent: AIr. S?neidel <br />Mr. SPeidel stated that there are Iarge fully grown-trees in the way of driveway if the <br />ga.rage would be moved over.the fuli 51. This would spoil the beauty of his 1ot if the <br />trees had to be reMOVed. His neighbors are in agreement sfith his proposal. Plr.
