Mr. ' Groene and Mrs. Eian both stated. tha.t they felt that parking shonld aot be perai.tted withiza the 50' setba,ck. Mrs. Eiaxi pointed out that regardiffig gasoline stations oxi corners, she felt that making them put their puraps ba,ck 50' from the street would put then that much closer to resident's on the side street and would create a hardship for them. It wa.s also felt that larger buffer zanes should be required for mediurn rise apartaen,tso Mrs. Eiaxi suggested possibly requiring two drivewa.ys - one for ingress and one for egress.
