PLADtNING C0I14ISSIOPI - (7/14/70) - Page 2 <br />VII. <br />New Business <br />(a) KrQger Compan,y C'?nj.xdy__p_resented plans for redesign_of parking <br />spaces at the,Kroger store at Steaxns and Lorain.to add sufficient <br />spaces for the proposed building addition. He stated that they have <br />30 more spaces than the minimum renuirement and that it meets aIl <br />code rec?uirements. Mr. Ledvina moved to 9-Uprove the building addition <br />and change in narking area; seconded by_Mr,_N.elson_and unanimoUSly _ <br />paSSed. <br />(b) Fish & Chips - Mr. Gundy presented pZans for proPosed_Fish & Chips to <br />be Iocatecl at 2?J orain Road. He cited lack of a 71 planting strip <br />in front fizt stated h.at otherwise the plan meEts code requirements. <br />Mr. Treacher drew in a 7' plant ing strip in front and it was determined <br />that this addition would have no adverse effect on the num.ber of <br />parlcing spaces as required. M. Ledvina moved to approve Arthur <br />Treacher's plan for Fish & Chips as amendeseconded_by_Mr _Byers-- <br />and tmanimously passed. <br />(c) North Park Drive I?idening_ - Mr. Ransberry presented Plans for the <br />,w*idening of N rth Park Drive and explained tFaat there had been a <br />minor change since the previous approval in that one homeowner had <br />refused to comply with the City's request for additional footage -that <br />would be needed for street widening. Mr. Ledvina moved to approve <br />the amended p1an; seconded by Mr. Nelson and unanimously passed. <br />(d) Siebenhar Subdivision - Mr. Ransberry stated that at the Mayor's <br />reauest, the owner of Permanent Parce3. #232-344+1 had agreed to give <br />the City an easement for possible future street purposes. The new <br />revised plan show this easement, Ntr. Nelson moved to approve the <br />revised drawi.ng for Siebenhax Subdivision; seconded by Mr. Byers and <br />unanimously passed. <br />VIII. Adjournment <br />Mr. Ledvina mouad'that commencing August Ist, the Planning Commission <br />adjourn until Council reconvenes; seconded by Mr. Brewer and unanimously <br />passed, Mr. Nelson moved to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Mr. Brewer <br />and unanimously passed.
