Mr. <br />Kanareff presented p1a.ns for an area completely surrounded b.y Blossom <br />Za.nd Subclivision near the i:restlake Cit,.y, line. He pointed out that <br />Mr. McCrone wi.shes to build on 70' _lots instead of 801. Al1 of the <br />nl?tted la.nd in the area is 70' lots. It was explained tha.t these <br />were part of s, cluster development and r.,ualified on that ba.sis. It <br />was also pointed out that Mr. P2cCrone ha d refused to go in with <br />Blossom Land in order to be pa.rt of the cluster development and that <br />he had let his a-.)proved plot lapseo Mr. Richards moved to reject the <br />McGrone Rezoning Recuest9 second.ed by Mr. Ledvin.a and unanimously <br />nassedo <br />VI.
