Building Dena.rtment Rec;uests <br />(a) Carri:aRe Ca.rpet -Mr. Ransbury ex_pla.ined that the Bjard of Zoning <br />ApDeals had granted a. variance on the nu.mber of parking spaces but <br />that the -plan submitted shows g??t parking spa.ces where 9' i-?-dth is <br />recuired bir the ordinance. No variance was granted on the widi;h of <br />the spaces. ATr. LEd.vina moved -to <br />reruest a 30-d2J extension from CounciZ; seconded by Mr. Nelson and <br />unanir.iously passed. <br />V. PTew Develonments and Subdivisions <br />(a) ^orest School - Mr. 1 an.sbury stated tilat in order to get water, the <br />ires that a building must front <br />City of Cleveland 1ra.ter Department reoul <br />on a dedicated street. The school is just south of HamPton Drive and <br />it wa.s necessary to extend the street in order to abtain frontage. The <br />proposal shows a 20' strip dedica.ted extending HamFton Drive southward. <br />Mr. Nelson moved to accept the proposal as received; seconded by Mr. <br />Brewer ancl unanimously pasaed. <br />VI.
