Ransbury presented a. revised parking plan and <br />st^.ted that the Zoning Board had gr?.r_ted a varia.nce of. 10 parlcing <br />snaces and that with the corrected width of Darking snaces of 91, <br />tne plan is now within the v.,riance gr^nted. Discussian was held. AZr. <br />Davis moved to anprove the parking lay-out9 seconded by Pfr, Byers ^nd <br />unanimously passed. <br />V. Old Business <br />(a) Hen Roc Investment Co. Rezoning - Since no renresenta.tive oi Hen Roc <br />wa.s present, this iteri was not discL2ssed. <br />(b) CEI Power Line Loc,?..tion -Mr. Led.vina statec+ thnt a letter had been <br />receivzd from the LaT•r Director iThich ba.sically stated tha.t a City <br />caxinot regulate inter-city (between two ci.ties) lines but can regulate <br />intra-city (within cit,y limits) lires. He cited various doctunents and Stated that they <br />1411 be made avail^4ble to the Planning Commission far stud.y.
