Mro I,edvina checked the zoning ordinance and it states that there must be an a17.owance of 506 acres for school or recreational purposes. Mro Brewer made a motion that the appl.3.cation be denied on the basis that it does not provide a stafficient recreational area. It was seconded by Mr. Ledvina. Mr, Leonard stated that the Planning Commission cannot consider something that does not meet the requi.rements of the 1,awo The motion was withdrawno The P1anning Commissa.on cannot accept the applicat3.on for Sandy Ridge 9, 10, ll, and 12 and 3.t wi11 not consider the proposal because it is not in conformity with statutes. (c) Devries Subdivision tl Plans were presented for a subdiva.s3.on off of lexander and Westpark Drive, The proposal was to take a long 1ot and subtraet 70 feet of it and then in turn divide that 70 feet into parcels 2 and 3 and se11 the parcels to adjacent properties so<1-that they become a perfect rectangle. Mro Richards made a motion to approve the subdyvision; seconded by Mr. Leonard and unanimously passeda VI.
