CI TY OF NORTH OI,r2S'IED, OHIO <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />October 12, 1971 <br />io Ro11 Ca11 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:07 P.M. by Chairman Donald Ledvina. <br />Those present were Messrs. Ledvina, James Davis, J. Edward Brewer, Kurt <br />Richards, James Zeonard. Absent: Edward Byers and Richard Nelson. <br />Also present: Mr. Ransbury, Assistant to City Eng3.neer; Marge Nader, <br />Secretary. <br />II. Reading and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Leonard made a correction of the 9/28/71 minutes. Under V(c) line <br />two, it should read Alexander and Sluoneybrook Drive, instead of Westparko <br />Mr. Brewer moved to approve the minutes as revised; seconded by P4ra <br />Richards and unanimously approved. <br />III. Building Department Requests - none <br />IV. 01d Business <br />(a) Olmsted Manor - no developments. <br />(b) Street name change (Country C1ub B1vd.) <br />Mr. Ransbury presented a map of North Olmgted. A discussion was held. <br />The owners and developers along Great Northern Boulevard are requesting <br />some action on changing the name of Country Club Boulevard, One <br />suggestion was Victoria Boulevard or Plaza Lane. Mr. Leonard made a <br />motion to accept the name Victoria yane. It was seconded by Mr. Davis; <br />and unanimously agreed to cl2ange the name to Victoria Lane. <br />Vo New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Sandy Ridge #9, 10, ll, 12 - did not present anything. <br />(b) North Olmsted Garden Estates - withdrawn. <br />vI, Communications - none <br />VII. Committee Reports - none <br />VIIIe New Business - none <br />IX. Adjournment <br />Mr, Ledvina moved to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Mr. Brewer and <br />unanimously passed.
