<br />which i.s now proposed for North 0lmsted Garden Estates, The meeti.ng was than

<br />Mr. A. I?oi.mer and Nlro D, Reimer were px°esenta Mr. Reitner explained that public
<br />hearings such as this a.re not calleci for under the t'rdinance, however Council
<br />and Planning Commission wanted the hearing so that the public could be advised
<br />.of this paz•ticuJ.ar parcel, Mro Rei:ner also stated that sf.nce rezoning of the
