IVTr. Kitchen answered that aperson holding property has no <br />recourse if there is change either upward or downward, <br />V. New Business (continued) <br />(d) E. F. Communica-tions <br />Chairman Davis announced receipt of a letter from Mr. V1ad <br />requesti--u rezoning of the Dog and Suds. 12r.
