Minor im- <br />provements were made showing easements. Mr. Ledvina moved to ap- <br />prove the f inal plat and improvemen-ts for this subdivisione i4ra <br />Byers secorided the motion, l`'he motio n was passed urianimouslyn <br />(e) Frank Chase - Preliminary Subdivision Plat <br />iT,r. Chase has two lots to be reshaped into two better 1ots. Front- <br />age on Mrrtin Drive and North Park Drive. Mr. Ledvina moved to <br />place this request for subdivision into committee of Plai,nin7 Commis- <br />sion as avhole awaiti.ng determination b.y Law Director Kitchen. 1`rr. <br />Leonard seconded the motion.
