New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Froehlich Subdivision <br />Mr. Ransbur.y presented plans for d.ivision of 5 lots; two of <br />which a re to face Porter Rd. and 3 to face North Park Drivee <br />Ns. Ledvina moved to place plans f or this subdivision in <br />cotnmittee for stud.yo 11r. Richard4 seconded -the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />(b) Sauter Subdivisior, <br />Mr. Ransbury presented plans for the turnin?- around of 3 lots <br />to face in different direction (to face north). One house <br />F??sts on one lot. Mr. Cauter wants to turn lots to face Guil-- <br />ford, they now face on Broxbourne. The.y are the right size lots <br />(60 ft.) in c zone area. Sewers are available on Guilford. Mr. <br />Leonard moved to adopt, seconded by Mr. Byers. The motion pass- <br />ed unanimously. <br />(c) 1972 Sidewalk Program Plans Contract -,Y7, <br />?ir. ?.ansbury presented sidewalk Plans for the east side of Martin <br />Drive. i"ir, Ledvina moved we decline to act on this matter due <br />to the fact Plannin¢ Commission never had opportunity previously. <br />P7r. Leonard seconded the motion. Tt was stated 4that Planning <br />Commission vill look at plans for :1?sidewalkinr public propertieso <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />(d) O7msted Arms Rezoning <br />Plans were presented for rezoninR trianmle of 3 acres at Gessner <br />ii.d. Property is notq residential and request is to rezone to <br />commercial ior 3 story L6 suite apartments with underground <br />garage. i'tr. Ledvina suggested rezonin;; to mixed multiple. There <br />is to be 20 ft. buffer zone 2nd 20 ft. rc:. around. Planning <br />Commission likes the plan but d.oes not like zoning requested. <br />N1r. Ledvina moved to place in committee, seconded. 'o.y Xr. Byers. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />VI. Communications <br />It was reported -i:hat hay Carnahan had called regarcing city pool <br />on private property east of the Post Office. ,;uestion was rais- <br />ed -- should the Cit,y buy the property. The planning Commis- <br />sion feels that the reguest is not feasible at this time.
