Ledvina <br />moved minutes be approved as corrected. <br />IIIm Building Department Requests <br />(a) T?r, Gundy presented resubmittal of condomir.iums at Grace and Brookpark <br />Roads. Mr. Frank Hoss representing owners was presento The new plan is <br />very similar to proposal that was rejected several weeks ago, except <br />that new opening into Grace Road is in plans submitted this eveninga <br />Study of plans and discussion of same folZowedo Communication from <br />Law Di.rector regard.ing this item was read by Commission members. <br />P:Tro Ledvina moved for approvale P.Zr. Leonard seconded the motion. <br />P_iotion passed. <br />(b) Tlorth Olmsted Party Center. New site plan was presented by P.Zr. Gundyo <br />New plan cuts down on occupancy. Total occupancy is now 284 with the <br />71 parking spaces required. P?r. Ledvina moved approval, P-Zr. Leonard <br />seconded. Lnder discussion P:Zro Richard examined the fine print at <br />bottom of plans - it is in regard to attendant paxkingo Motion <br />carried 4t0 1 with Al4ra Richards voting no. <br />(c) PZra Gundy presented plans for proposed plaza at 25021 Lorain Rdo <br />(Cor. westview and Lorain Rd.) Si.te is 58+ x 2001 with proposed <br />building 100' x 33'e Plans will have to be corrected to includ:e <br />setbacf to meet codeo An auto upholstery shop is planned with <br />srnali rental property in -reara There is no doctc area in rear; <br />only two ga-rage doors in f-ront for car ent-rance.
