The Lngineer then <br />invited questions regardin,?, kind of roadway, i. e. width, <br />boulevardin?, parking, etc. After questions b.y Commission <br />members and discussion N?r. Leonard moved to reject the pro- <br />posal because of poor planning. Mr. BrevTer seconded the mo- <br />tion. Mr. Hansbur.y explained that a full boulevard and full <br />left turn need 90 ft. right of way. Plans for the proposed <br />mall are too far along, parkinr• space taill be lost if road- <br />way is changed from the proposed 80 ft. Representative <br />present from Yx. Kanareffss office said plans are to con- <br />tinue with 80 ft. roac?. The North 0lmsted Enoineering <br />Dept. prefers 90 ft. because 80 ft. is too narrow. Mr. <br />Leonard withdrew his motion. Yx. Srewer w ithdrew his second <br />to the motion. The representative from Mr. Kanareff's <br />office withdrew his plans <br />VI. He represents area residents in objectint:c to planned <br />Go1d Circle store. He inquired regardinQ iDuffer zone, trees, etc. <br />and said he thou7ht nei%?hbors had a commitment from the City. <br />They expected a walkway.
