Leonard seconded and t:zs motion passed. <br />IZT. :3uildiilg repartment Requests <br />9a) Mr, ^undy -presented resubmittal of plans by Kalleen r'ord <br />for corner of MIcKenzie and Loraino lhe numbEr of concrete pads <br />on propert.y is increased to 14 and parking spaces are doubled. <br />The structure on the property is to >>e rebuilt to offices. tir. <br />Leonard rooved 1"or acceptance. ?1r. E_1_liott seconded the motion. <br />Discussion of motion iollok?ed with :1r. Leonard stating there is <br />abutting residential property on the south; and asked about a <br />bufier. There is zoning for business ior the sntirety oi Hal- <br />leen propertyo There is 25 ft. of natural barrier.
