Davis reported there had been joint <br />meeting of Building, Zoning ar.d Development Committee and P1an- <br />ning Commission requesting site plans From studies they can <br />come up quickly with total plan. Representative frcm Geo, Ry- <br />der Co. explained plans for three build.ings with 350 car park- <br />ing on site. Landscaping should be included. Mr. Richards <br />moved Plan A-2 (buildings at angle to Lorain Rd.) shown between <br />Dover Center Rd, and Olmsted Court be fully improvedp Mr. <br />I,eonard seconded and the motion passed unanimouslya <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Clingman Subdivision (Elm and Grace). Mr. Ransbury worked <br />out new drawing for subdivision and it is now possible to get <br />huuse on parcel #4. There is request to consider Parcel #5 <br />in subdivision. Parcel #l is also an undersized lot. Request <br />shcald go back to Zoning Board for variance on s/l #1. NIen- <br />tion was made that the County will accept a subdivisior, with- <br />out approval of City. This is constantiy happening. Parcels <br />#29 3 and 4 are acceptable, Parcel #l constitutes illegal <br />lot. Planning Commission has no objection to the subdivision. <br />Planning Commission cannot subdivide into illegal subdivision. <br />Variance is needed. Nir. Brewer moved to refer to Zoning Board <br />because of undersize lots #l and Y5a Motion was seconded by <br />N1ro Byers. Ntotion passed unanimously. <br />(b) Jamestown Village Apartments Subdivision ;`Z <br />Mr. Ransbury presented map showing seri-es cf changes vlith <br />County. On Feb. 22, 1972 five parcels were created by North <br />Olmsted Plar.rir.g Ccmmission. The n the county did more sub- <br />divid.ing at bend in Columbia Rd.; created 60 ft. lot and it <br />is recorded in Courty records and a second smaller lot is a <br />roadway. Niro Leonard moved to refer the matter to Council <br />Building, Zoning and Development Committee for possible 1e- <br />gal action.
