Roll Cal1 <br />The meeting tuas called to order by Chairman Davis at 8:00 pTm. <br />Those present were Nessrs. Davis, Kurt Richards, James Leonard, <br />J. Edward Brewer, Robert Elliott. <br />1Ir, Brewer was asked to act as secretary a.n the absence of <br />Mx, Zedvinao <br />Also pre,sent: 14ike Karhan9 City Fngineer, and Mrs. Hodgins, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />II. Reading and correction of NLinutes <br />On the first page under Item III (c) the name Gundy was added after <br />Mr. and before presentedo Mr. I,eonard moved for apnroval after cor- <br />rection, secondqd by Mr. Richards and passed. <br />III. Building Department Requests <br />(a) Olmsted Plaza Develo-pers - N?arjak Developmento Mr. Davis <br />had spoken with Law Director Kitchen. The variance does <br />cover parking spaces and not the plans. Ms. Zeonard moved <br />to accept proposal, seconded by Mr. Brewer and passed un- <br />animouslyo <br />(b) Columbia Land Development. It was suggested there be con- <br />tinuance of fence to maintain property line. The nev build- <br />ing is to be north of existing structure. There was disc- <br />sion of layout of homes on iitchell and Randal Drives. Mro <br />Brewer moved for approval, seconded by Tr?r°. Richards and passed <br />uranimouslyA <br />IV. Old Business - None <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions (No Items) <br />VI. Communications <br />The Recording Secretar,y delivered copies of Lalcevood Ordinance to <br />all members present. The 5ign Committee and Committee to Review <br />Zoning is to meet Dec. 4. <br />VTI, Committee Reports <br />Mro Leonard said he has been waiting for 2 years for opinion on <br />the sign ordinance from the Law Director. <br />VIII.
