Andreano mentioned one other such arrangemer.t approved in North Olmsted, 1'qr. Davis Moved to table for determination of Law Director 3Sitchen, inasmuch as the 80 foot lots are not continguous., can the cluster ordinance a;Dply? llir. Byers seconded and the vote vaas as follows : Mr. Davis, yes; Nir. t3yers, yes; Pfir. El- liott, yes; lira itichards, no and Nir. Ledvina, no. Motion failed, Mr. Ledvina moved to reject proposal as illegal. Nir4 1-Hichards seconded and the vote was as followS: Mre Ledvina, yes; Mro Richards, .yes; Mr. Byers, yes; N1r. E1- liott, yes and Tir. Davis, no. iic:tion passed. VI. Communications Ntr. Karhan had received communication from County Auditor re- garding illegal subdivision of land adjoininp the former Hard- wick House, now King's Patho County Auditor's office is look- ing for preliminary approval for tax purposes. No one came for- ward to explain the matter as taas expected. Tax notices should go aut this month. Request was withdrawn until further explana- tion from County Auditor is available. VII. Comm.ittee Reports - There were no committee renorts. VIII. New Business Mr. El.liott moved to cancel December 26 meeting of the Planning CommisGion. Mr, iichards seconded and the motion passed. Next meeting of the Planning Commission will be January 9, 1973. VIIT. (a) At 9:00 p.m. Mr. Davis turned the meeting over to ;vr. Svoboda. Mr. Svoboda distributed copies of preliminary land use surveys to Planning Commission membersb The summary updates land use survey of the 1968 plan (completed in 1967)0 iMaps accompanied the surveys. .
