Ms. Gundy rr,::ntioned 7 ft. urass <br />st:ig. The traffic problem will be eliminated some- <br />what by having only .+rEingress on I,orain Rd. Mr» Led- <br />vina moved proposal be accepted with imp:ovement of <br />mi.ni-mwn of 7 ft. of landscapirg on south end of parcel. <br />P1r. Elliott seconded the motiona A11 present voted in <br />the affirmative. <br />(c) Nir, Gundy resubmitted proposal for Great Northern Estates <br />with 247 total parkirg spaces. 57 spaces in excess. `i'he <br />developer, Mr. nennis presented plan for the 2 story pro- <br />ject specif,ying the basic changes - added driveway and <br />improved sidewalk Iayout. There are to be 52 1 bedroom <br />suites and 64 two bedroom suites; to be located immediat- <br />ly to the rear of Countr,y Club apartMents which is va-- <br />cant property at present. The engineer and architect <br />for the prvject tiaere also present. Zoning maps were con- <br />sultedo Mr. I,edvina moved to approve the parking and <br />driveva,y layout. Nir. Richards seconded and all present <br />voted in the affirmative. <br />At this point Mr. Romp returned and asked for vote..
