Roll Call <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Davis at 8:05 P.M. <br />Those present were: Nessrs. Davis, Byers, r.lliott, Richards <br />and Tubbs. <br />Also present: Mr. Gundy, Building Commissioner, Dave McDermott, <br />Assistant City Engineer, Law Director Bruce Kitch- <br />en and Virginia Hodgins, Recording Secreta:y. <br />IT. Richards' approval was. with reservation as to In- <br />cation) Mr. Elliott moved to approve minutes, seconded by NIr. <br />Byers and passed. <br />III. Building Department Requests - There were no Building Department <br />Requests. <br />TV. Old Business <br />(a) Schclz Devel--pment <br />A traffic study is under way. The Law Director is studying <br />set baeYs, variances, driveways, etc. No action can be <br />taken this evening. Ed Frindt, 4856 Cla7ue Rd., requested <br />to see plan. He then explained the very difficult traffic <br />problem for area residen+..s. Area to be developed is apnroxi- <br />mately 5 acres zoned for multi family and plan meets the code. <br />Mr. Kuschel, 4785 Claaue Rd, asked if there vill be fencing. <br />There are 56 two bedroom units and eight single family units <br />pplanned. Discussion ensued. Mr. Clingman explained plans <br />to neighbors. The possibility of Mastic Rd. entrance -vias <br />suggested. <br />(b) H. G. M. <br />Mr. McDermott said it is impossible ior the architect to give <br />the 9 ft. planning strip as requested. Angle of driveway on- <br />to Lorain Rd. is not legal; it is not 90 degrees. Engineer- <br />ing Dept. will check this out. Mr. Elliott moved to pl.ace <br />into committeeo Mr. Tubbs seconded and the metion passed. <br />r <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions. <br />(a) McCrone Resubdi-rision #l - Mr. IvleDermott shoved incorrect <br />dimension - 19/100th of one ft. is in question.
