Roll Call <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dava.s at 8:00 p.m. <br />In the a'-s=nce of I+1r. Elliott Mr. Ledvina called the rollo <br />Those present were: Messrse Davis9 Ledvina, 3rewer and Rich- <br />ards. <br />Also present: Mike Karhan, City Engineer and his assistant <br />Dave NIcDermott, E. J. Gund,y, Building Com- <br />missioner, Councilmen Geiser, Fpeedling, and <br />Vest and V. Hodgins, Recording Secretary. <br />II. Reading and Correction of Minutes <br />Nir. Ri.chards moved minutes be approved as distributeda iir. Davis <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />III. Building Department Requests <br />(a) Mr. Gundy presented plans for proposed retail center at ? <br />Park Ridge and Lorain. Proposal is for 09 sq. ft. of <br />floor space. Small retail stores include bank9 ice cream <br />and convenient food. Parking requirements meet code with <br />10 extra Epaces. Location is between post office and en- <br />trance to Park Ridge. Bare quarum of Planning Comrnission <br />members was present so Mr. Brewer moved to place in com- <br />mitteeo Mr. Ledvina seconded and motion passed. <br />IV. Old Business <br />(a ) HGM <br />Mr. TZcDermott said driveway nov comes in on 90 degree angle. <br />He has inspected and approves plan which includes 2 story <br />structure for real estate office on ground floor and 2nd <br />floor to be leased. Mr. Richards moved to approve, <br />seconded b.y Mr. Brewer and passed. <br />(b) McCrone Resubdivision i#]. <br />Mr. McCrone was present and was questioned as to usage uf <br />the lots. 5 lots are to be subdivided into La. each ap- <br />proximately 57 ft. in width. Variance has beEn granted; <br />lots meet area requirements. kZre i`ZcCrone has no p7.an for <br />home at present times he does intend to build. The rear <br />property line is Viestlake line eln'ater line ends at ?^ el- <br />lsley and Broxbourne. Mr. Richards moved to approve. Mr. <br />Bre?aer seconded the motion: Mr. Davis and Nir. Brewer vot- <br />ed aye; while Mr. Ledvina and Mr. Richards voted nay. Mo-
