Request for variance (1133e13). Re- <br />quest for high hedge of arbovitae on front property line. Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04 (H). <br />Present: Nlr. Rubel., Mr. Knab and Councilman Speedling. Witnesses were <br />administered the oath. Case was read. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant vari- <br />ance.
