The following members were present: Chairman Scheef, Nlessrs, Hamill, Dusky and Roberts. Also present: Mr. Gundy, Building Commissioner, Recording Secretary Virginia FIodgins and Councilmen Boehmer and Saringer. Continuance of request of Richard A. & M. A. Friedel, 3039 Walter Rd. Request for variance (1133s13). Request to harbor pigeonse Viola- tion of Ord. 1151.04 Pare E"Accessory buildings designed, built or altered or used to house wild or domestic fowl, animals or reptiles, provided that it is located so that no part of the same shall bee . i-aithin 200 ft. of dwelling on any adjacent lot.. m. etc." Present: NIr. and Mrs. Friedl, Mr. and Mrs. F'yle and S. Salem. Witnesses were administered the oath. Case was revietaed from prior meeting. Lengthy discussion ensued. Mr. Roberts had made inspection and found pigeon area to be 30 fte from adjacent dwellingo Mre Hamill moved two pens that have been added to side of garage be moved to north side and arrangements be made to have Pyle roof treated with pigeon re- pellant. Nir. Dusky seconded and motion passed. l, James R. I,ynch, 076 Lansing Dr. Request for 8 ft. fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04 limiting height of fence to ? ft. Re- quest for variance (1133.13) Present: Mr. and Mrs. Lynch, NIr. Danes, Mr. Anderson, Mrs, Smetana, Mr. Gresh, Mrsm Gresh, 14r. and Mrs. Holan and Mrs. Dolphin. Witnesses were administered oath. Neighborhood problem with lengthy discussionm Mre Dusky moved to allow 1 ft. variance for basket weave fence. N'?r. Roberts seconded and motion passede 2. Beverly Jane Hil1., 5507 Decker Rd. Request for variance (1133.13)• Request for 12 ft. rear yard variance and 9 ft. variance between house and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sections 1163.01 and 1151.0h0 Present: Mr. and Mrs. Hill and T4r. and Nlrs. Lawson. TrJitnesses were administered the oath. Case was read and explanation. Veighbor to the north has no objection to variance but wants i;o be assured there will be no more water draining on his property, Mr. Roberts moved -b grant 12 ft. rear and 9 ft. between house and garage subject to engineering department inspection and no change in drainage.
