Special permission required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1133.09. <br />Present: Hal Retzler, architect. Case was read and witneas Has admi.nistered <br />the oath. Addition is planned for front of dtaelling. Plan is to <br />increase size of living room and dining room and build new entrance; <br />rear of property onerlooks Metropolitan Park. Mr. Duskey moved to <br />grant special permit to add to non conforming dwelling. Mr. Roberts <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />U. E. F. Bastian, 23015 Marion Rd. Request for special permit (1133.13). Re- <br />quest Por 4 ft. fence in setbaok. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sect3on 1151.04 <br />(H). <br />Present: Mr. and P+rs. Bastion. Case and appeal were read.- Witnesses were <br />admi.nistered the oath. Plans disclose there will be 3 ft. between <br />sideraalk and proposed fence. There saas discussion of visibility <br />for traffic; appearance; and alternate plans. Case was withdrawn. <br />12. 0, Nici, 46% Lansing Dr. Request for variance (1133•13). Requeat for <br />special permission to add to non-conforming dwelling (house is 78 ft. set- <br />back. Permission required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1133.09. <br />Preaent: C. Nici. Case and appeal were read. Witness was administered <br />the oath. Flan is to add room and replace breezeway. Addition <br />is planned for rear of •dwelling. House is joined to garage by <br />existing breeZeway. Mr. Roberts moved to grant special permit <br />for addition.
