Board of Zoning Appea].s 4-3-74 <br />- 4 - <br />Present: M. Dellaaella, D. Caldwell, Mr. and Mrs. Reeves. Case was resd.$ <br />Witnesses were administered the oatho Case was explained. No <br />plot plan was pr?sented. Mr. Tzbba moved to grant varianoes as <br />requested. Mr. Roberts ssconded and motion passed with all vot- <br />ing in favor of the motion except Mr. 3iedvina who abstained. <br />9. Jerome F. Bowen, 5727 Revere Dr. Request for variance. Request for 2 ft. <br />height variance for fenee. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mr. Bowen. Statement was read. Property is being used as walk <br />through for North 0lmsted High School studentsa Witness was <br />administered the oath. There is four ft. fence on adjoining <br />property. Discizssion waa held regarding height of fence. Re- <br />quest was withdrawn. <br />10. Francis E. Brahler, 4568 Silverdale Rd. Request for variance (.1133.13). <br />ftequest for 10 ft. rear yard qariance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1163.010 <br />Presen$: Mr. Brahler and CounciLnan Goggin. Witnesses were administered <br />the osth. Requeat is to enable appellant to build fami]4y room. <br />Plans were examined. Mr. R,oberts moved to-grant 10 ft. rear yard <br />va.riance. Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. <br />11. Dona].d Lang' 4536 Coe Ave. Request for variance(1133•13)• Request for 2 <br />Yt. fence variance. Vio7.ation of Ord. 62-39 Section 1151.04 (H) limiting <br />height to 4 ft. <br />Presente Mre.Lang and Counci]man Goggino Witnesses were administered the <br />oath. Buildirag Commissi.oner Gurady had anade inspection and gase <br />explanation of drive and garage location and size of proposed <br />enclosure. Privacy fence is planned. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant <br />2 ft, variance for 15 ft. on north side of house. N1r. Ledvina <br />aeconded and motion passed; Messrs. Tubbs9 Ledvina, Hamill and <br />Roberts vated aye. Mr. Daskey abstained from voting. <br />12. Qtto Halvacs, 1352 Bannieview Ave,, I,akewood, Ohio 44107, Request for <br />variance (1133•13) for permanent parcel 232-5-1 on North Park Dr* of 18 <br />ft. rear yard aetback. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01 requiring <br />50 ft. rear yard. (Continued from March 6, 1974 meeting) <br />Mx°. Gundy explained this case was not on agenda because Mr. Halvacs has <br />decided to bu2d according to plan as presented June 6, 1973 and for which <br />13 ft, rear yard variance was granted by thie Board. <br />Mr. Ledvina moved to reject request for 18 ft. rear gard setback.
