Brown, Discussion followed concerning width of buffer strip, <br />variety of evergreen to be planted, front landscaping, sav- <br />ing of existing trees, maintenance of landscaping and ade- <br />quacy of retention basin. Mr. McDermott said retention ba- <br />sin is adequate and Mr. Gundy said parking i.s sufficient. <br />Mr. Brewer moved to approve latest plan as submitted with <br />revised retention basin and buffer zone. Mr. Prokasy <br />moved plot plans (5 lots with 80 ft. frontage) be ac- <br />cepted as presented by Mr. Keisel. Mr. Elliott second- <br />edo Motion passed unanimously. <br />(e) City Line Estates Subdivision #2 and #3 <br />I,etter dated 2-26-74 from Mr. Joe Lombardo was read by <br />Recording Secretary, Letter requests change from 80 <br />ft. lots in City Line Estates Subdivision to 70 ft. lots. <br />There assembl.ed before the Board Mr. and Mrs. Favre, Mro <br />Chesbro, Mrsm Prokacine, Mr. Huntington and others from <br />the T,destminster and T,vellington Ilrives area of Bretton <br />Ridge and Mrm Andreano representing Mr. Lombardo. The <br />Planning Commission needs the 80 ft. lot layout plan. <br />Mr. Andreano will have same at next meeting, al.so plan <br />layvut with 70 ft. lots. I,engthy discussion ensued. <br />Mr. Andreano reviewed status of plans beginning with <br />first presentation of proposal at May meeting. A, B& <br />C Cluster zening were explazned; minimum liveable sq. <br />ft. requirements zn the various residence districts <br />were read; value of proposed homes; entrance to sub- <br />division, dead end streets in Bretton Ridge were dis- <br />cussed. Mrs. Collins, a Bretton Ridge resident, <br />wishes to go on record to retain A zoning, Nir. Brewer <br />moved item remain in committee until Mr. Andreano re- <br />turns with revised plans. :Mr. Elliott seconded. Mo- <br />? tion passed unanimously.
