PLANNING COMMTSSION <br />Oetober 22, 1974 <br />I. Roll Ca11 <br />Secretary Tischler cal].ed the meeting to order at 8:04 p.m. <br />Present: Secretary Tischler, Mr. Elliott, Acting Secretary, Iqrsm <br />Bian, Mr. Davis and Nir. Robertso <br />Also Present: Mr. McDermott, Acting City Engineer, Ntra M. Gareau, <br />Law Director and Virginia Hodgins, Recording Secre- <br />tary. <br />II. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Davis moved to accept minutes of Oct. 3 Special Meeting with <br />correction in heading to read Special NIeeting. Mr. Elliott sec- <br />onded and motion passed. <br />Mrs. Eian moved to apprvve minutes of October 8 regular meeting. <br />Mr. Elliott seconded and motion passed. <br />III. Building Department Requests - No Items <br />N. 01d Business - No Items <br />U. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) St. Brendan's Parish Property Subdivision - west of Brendan <br />Lane between Brendan Drive and Reed Drive - 2 sub lots. <br />Mr. McDermott presented location map. Mr. Botaer was present. <br />Mr. McDermott explained how the Brendan ?:oods subdivision was <br />before P1.anning Commission about a month ago. At that time a <br />complete lot had not been subdivided. Main 1ot must be sub- <br />divided before the subdivision can be approved. It is a simple <br />subdivision of two Iots before the Commission tonight. St. <br />Brendan Church is in sub lot l. 1'here are no problems as far <br />as the Engineering Department is concerned. Mr. Davis moved <br />for approval. Mrs. Eian seconded and mntion passed. <br />(b) Pocos Subdivision - deleted from agenda at request of developer. <br />(c) City Line Resubdivision #3 and 4 - east off Barton Rde, south <br />of C. E. 1. - 75 sub lots <br />Mr. Lombardo and Mr. Andreano came before the Corrunission at this <br />time, Mre McDermott explained this is preliminary plan with no. <br />thorough engineering report as yet. Area is zoned to B with <br />stipulation for Class A homes. Two houses exist on one lot not <br />? owned by City Line. At one time openings were shown into Bret- <br />ton Ridge; developer felt home owners in Bretton Ridge objected, <br />now lots are being held in case the City needs second access.
